Can I return my items?

  • Sale items can only be return through store credits that you can use for new purchase.
  • Promo items can only be return within few conditions, subjected to change. We will label any promotional items for return details.
  • Item(s) needs to be in a original, non-washed, non-altered condition.

  • Debit Cards/Credit cards refund will be available 30 days after the return procedure completed.

The items doesn’t feel right? 

Should there be any errors on our part, a complimentary shipping cost will be our responsibility in providing you the best services.

  • Customers are required to pay the additional shipping cost if the items are being returned due to incomplete address and recipient details.
  • Photos as evidence are compulsory for us to make sure there will no more errors.
  • All extra charges for an additional delivery will fall under customer’s responsibility, including taxes and duties.
